ABOUT ICECAMS

The International Conference on Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Automation, and Mathematical Sciences (ICECAMS 2027) is a proposed flagship international peer-reviewed conference bringing together researchers, engineers, academics, and industry practitioners working at the convergence of five foundational disciplines. Under the unifying tagline

"Bridging Computing, Engineering, & Mathematical Intelligence"

the conference is designed to foster high-quality interdisciplinary research, stimulate collaborative innovation, and provide a prestigious publication venue indexed in leading scientific databases.

The conference will feature double-blind peer-reviewed full papers, short papers, and posters, alongside invited keynote lectures from globally recognised experts, hands-on workshops, a doctoral colloquium, and industry sessions. ICECAMS 2027 is conceived as the inaugural edition of an annual series, with rotating host institutions across different regions to maximise global accessibility and community growth.

ICECAMS addresses a critical gap: the absence of a single rigorous international forum where computer science, electronics, communication engineering, automation, and mathematical sciences are treated as genuinely interconnected disciplines rather than isolated specialisms.

ICECAMS IMPORTANCE

The rapid convergence of computing, engineering, and mathematics is reshaping every sector of the modern world. Artificial intelligence systems depend on mathematical optimisation and are deployed on electronic hardware. Communication networks are secured through cryptographic mathematics and automated through machine learning. Industrial automation integrates embedded electronics, control theory, and real-time software. These realities demand a venue where researchers from these disciplines can present, critique, and build upon each other's work — not in isolated silos but in genuine intellectual dialogue.

Despite this interdisciplinary reality, most existing international conferences remain discipline-specific. most of IEEE conferences predominantly serve electronics and communication engineers. ACM venues focus on computer science. Mathematical societies host their own separate congresses. ICECAMS is explicitly designed to bridge this fragmentation by providing a rigorously peer-reviewed, internationally indexed forum where all five disciplines are represented with equal scientific weight.

The conference is particularly relevant to institutions and research groups in the Arab world, Asia, Africa, and emerging economies, where interdisciplinary engineering and applied mathematics programmes are growing rapidly and where researchers benefit from a single prestigious venue that honours the full breadth of their work.

   AIMS & OBJECTIVES

  1. To provide a high-quality, double-blind peer-reviewed international publication venue for original research across computer science, electronics, communication, automation, and mathematical sciences.
  2. To foster genuine interdisciplinary collaboration by bringing researchers from five disciplines into shared sessions, panels, and workshops.
  3. To support early-career researchers and doctoral students through a dedicated colloquium with structured expert mentoring.
  4. To connect academic research with industry practice through dedicated industry sessions, demonstrations, and corporate partnerships.
  5. To build a sustainable annual conference series that rotates across regions, ensuring global accessibility and representation.
  6. To produce proceedings indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and related databases, providing authors with internationally recognised publication credit.
  7. To advance trustworthy, ethical, and responsible research practices across all represented disciplines.

PAPER SUBMISSION

Papers submission is done through EDAS management system. Authors should engage that they will not submit their paper(s) to other conferences or journals before the final notification of ICECAMS CHAIRS. The work is considered to be original and belong to the authors with all contents (text, photos, images, figures, tables, etc.). All papers will be checked automatically for plagiarism.  IEEE policy requires all submissions to its conference proceedings to be screened through a plagiarism detection process.  Authors must submit original work that: (1) has not appeared elsewhere for publication; (2) is not under review for another refereed publication; (3) cites previous work; (4) indicates how it differs from the previously published work

REGISTRATION

The registration fee covers one paper publication, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference period. All accepted papers should be registered by THREE DAYS (EARLY BIRD) after the acceptance notification in order to be considered in the proceedings and benefits from the early bird discount.
